Terms & conditions.

      The agreement between you and Simple Lift when you visit the site, place an order, or sign up to the list. Written as plainly as the law allows.

01 About these terms

      These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of simplelift.com.au and the purchase of goods from Simple Lift Fitness Pty Ltd (ABN 38 697 095 775 ) of Hurstville, NSW ("Simple Lift", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you accept these Terms.

02 Eligibility

      You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and capable of forming a binding contract under Australian law to place an order.

03 Account & ordering

      You may purchase as a guest or by creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Orders are an offer to buy from us, accepted only when we send a dispatch confirmation. Until dispatch, we may decline an order for any reason — including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock exhaustion on a limited edition — and refund any amount paid.

04 Pricing & GST

      All prices on the site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors; if a price was wrong and you've paid, we'll contact you and offer to honour the order, or refund in full.

05 Payment

      We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay (for orders under $1,000 AUD). Payment is processed by third-party providers; we do not see or store your full card number.

06 Title & risk

      Title and risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us. If you ask for the order to be left at an unattended address, the risk of loss passes once the carrier records delivery.

07 Shipping

      See the full Shipping Policy. In summary: domestic Australian dispatch within one to three business days, transit two to seven business days depending on region. Free dispatch on orders over $50 AUD.

08 Returns & ACL

      Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

09 Intellectual property

      All content on the site — including text, photographs, the "Simple Lift" wordmark, product names, and packaging design — is owned by Simple Lift Fitness Pty Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing is fine.

10 Your content

      If you submit a review, testimonial, or photograph featuring our products, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content on the site and on our social channels, with attribution to the handle you provide. You can revoke this licence in writing at any time and we will remove your content within five business days.

11 Disclaimer

      The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representations about uninterrupted availability or that the site will be free of bugs. Product photography and renderings are illustrative — the actual product may patina, vary slightly in tone, or develop character with use, which is part of what makes a handmade good.

12 Limitation of liability

      To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the price you paid for the goods that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

13 Termination

      We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. You may close your account at any time by writing to Danny@simplelift.com.au. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that have already accrued.

14 Governing law

      These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
